CAREGiver Annual Bonus Benefit
CAREGivers reaching their one year anniversary with the company and each anniversary
thereafter can qualify to receive an annual bonus. The bonus is paid in addition to regular wages and is based on one week of your average weekly net pay for the year.
CAREGiver of the Month
CAREGiver of the Year
To be considered for CAREGiver of the Month/Year you must:
Exhibit compassion and dependability in the performance of your job duties as a CAREGiver
Must have no unexcused “call offs” (less than 24 hours notice) in the month you are being
considered
A strong record of timely arrival at work and proper use of the ClearCare system
Must have required valid documents on file including valid driver license and proof of valid
auto insurance
No disciplinary action during the month you are being considered
Attend all mandatory company meetings required to date
Referral Award Program
For your referral of qualified CAREGivers you may qualify for a $100 Bonus. Please see the Referral Awards Program Brochure for details on how to qualify.
The referred candidate must work a minimum of 120 hours before the referral award will be paid to the referring employee.
The referred client must utilize HISC services for a minimum of 120 hours before the referral award will be paid to the referring employee.
The employee making the referral of candidate or client must have worked a minimum of 120 hours to receive the referral award.
Both the referred candidate and the referring employee must be in active status, in good standing and have updated driver license and current insurance on file at the time of eligibility for the referring employee to receive the referral award.
